Information and Signposting

We offer a free, impartial and confidential information service to older people (state pension age and above) and their carers.

We hold information, booklets and leaflets on issues such as finding help at home,  dementia, care homes, support for carers, local services and much more.

We can also help with other issues such as utility bill queries, arranging appointments and form filling. We have details about other organisations who may be able to assist, and can find out information online for you.

Open hours are from 10:00am to 12:00 noon Monday to Friday. At the moment, please call to make an appointment, rather than dropping in to help us all keep safe.
Appointments outside these times and some home visits are available by arrangement.
